This February, we are proud to celebrate our 3rd Annual Benedict Month, a full month dedicated to the ultimate comfort food and one of our guests’ all-time favourites. On cold winter mornings, there is simply nothing better than a perfectly poached egg, rich hollandaise, and a thoughtful combination of flavours that brings it all together.

Throughout the month, our chefs will be showcasing their creativity with three to four special and unique Benedict features, available all February long. Each Tangerine location will be offering its own selection, meaning no two stores are exactly the same. It is a true chef-driven celebration, designed to give you something new to discover, whether you visit once or make Benedict Month a recurring tradition.

Our culinary teams have been hard at work exploring new ideas, bold flavours, and inventive twists, all while staying true to what makes Eggs Benedict such a classic. The result is a lineup that feels both familiar and exciting, comforting and indulgent.
