Corey Pierce has been an integral part of the Tangerine family since July 2018. He began his journey at the Lafayette location, spending his first two years mastering the high-energy environment of the kitchen. Driven by a desire to connect more directly with people, he jumped at the chance to transition to the front-of-house team—a move that allowed his natural warmth and hospitality to shine.
Having brought his dedication to both the Lafayette and Longmont locations over his impressive seven-year tenure, Corey has become a familiar anchor for morning guests and a cornerstone of the team. For Corey, the restaurant is far more than just a workplace; it is a true community hub. His absolute favorite part of the day is greeting the regular customers, sharing a laugh, and watching neighborhood families grow over the years.
He credits the incredible camaraderie of the Tangerine staff—who have become like a second family—with making every shift rewarding. When the apron comes off, Corey dedicates his time to what matters most: making memories with his beautiful wife and their five-year-old daughter.
