If you’re reading this, thank you. It has been too long. When I saw how much time had passed since our last update, I realized just how much of our story has been written in the quiet, daily focus of running our restaurants. Years have passed in the blur of a busy service and the rhythm of early mornings.
In that time, we have stayed true to what matters. We have stayed focused on our constants: the first light in the kitchen, the sound of a dining room coming to life, and the simple goal of serving you a great meal to start your day.
We are still here in Boulder, Lafayette, and Longmont. We still show up before sunrise. We still cook your breakfast to order, with care. We still believe in being that bright, reliable spot in your community.
That core mission, to be a place where you can connect over excellent food, remains our anchor. This is not a flashy update. I am a chef, and my first language is the food on the plate. But sometimes, it is important to step back and say what is real.
So, this is just a note to say thank you. Thank you for your loyalty, for your patience, and for being part of our story. After all this time, our commitment is the same. We are here, doing the work we love.
